It appears that I can use the actual database name or the ODBC Data Source Name in place of the database name and get the same results with either.Īfter connecting to the database (which actually turns out to be the master database), I run the SQLGetInfo() function. I don’t understand what this error could be. I can connect to SQL Server with RexxSQL but the SQL Trace Log shows that there’s an error in the connection string that forces the database to change to the “master” database (DB Name = “master”) instead of the one I’m trying to connect to (DB Name: “mydatabase” ODBC Data Source Name = “mydatabase_odbc”). program_trace.txt – Rexx trace output showing access to stem after call to SQLTables() ![]() SQL.LOG – SQL Trace log from WinXP ODBC Data Sources utility Ĥ. output.txt – Output from temp_test.rex redirected to a fileģ.
